On behalf of the good people of Babanla Community and the entire Ifelodun Local Government Area, we extend our profound appreciation to the Federal Government of Nigeria, the Kwara State Government, and our Local Government leadership for their unwavering commitment to restoring peace and stability across our state, especially in the Kwara South Senatorial District.
The establishment of the 22 Armoured Brigade Step-Up Headquarters in Babanla represents a significant milestone that will fortify our security framework, enhance rapid responses to emerging threats, and provide our community with the assurance that our government is committed to our safety and well-being. This initiative heralds a hopeful new era of protection for all communities in Kwara South.
We express our gratitude to the visionary leadership of His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria; His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, Executive Governor of Kwara State; and Honourable Abdulrasheed Femi Yusuf, Executive Chairman of Ifelodun Local Government Area, for their collaborative efforts in making this project a reality.
We also commend all Kwara South representatives at both the Federal and State levels for their continuous advocacy, partnership, and dedication to matters of security, infrastructure, and community development. Their united efforts have played an essential role in achieving this important milestone.
As a community, we pledge our full cooperation and support to the Nigerian Army and all security agencies in their noble mission to protect our lives and properties. We pray for the continued success, safety, and divine strength of our security personnel, and for wisdom and guidance for our leaders as they serve with integrity and patriotism.
May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Kwara State, and Kwara South. May peace, unity, and prosperity be restored permanently to our land.
