Applicants must posses (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings in the following subjects, English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology from NECO & WAEC, while NABTEB one (1) sitting

Applicants who chose Adamu Adamu College of Nursing Sciences, FMC Azare as their first choice institution in the just concluded JAMB examination are invited to purchase the college’s admission form before the closing date
