Nigerian Female Soldier Alleges Sexual Harassment, Unlawful Detention by Senior Officers
Corporal Marian Agumba, a female soldier in the Nigerian Army, has gone viral after releasing a series of videos accusing senior officers of sexual harassment, assault, and unlawful detention.
In the viral recordings, Mariam alleged that some commanders repeatedly pressured her for sex, threatened her career, and subjected her to intimidation when she refused their advances.
She also claimed that she and her child were placed under threat as a result of her resistance.
