JAMB has officially confirmed “Lekki Headmaster” by Kabir Alabi Garba as the designated reading text and novel for the ‘Use of English’ subject in the 2025 UTME.
This means that approximately 15 questions in the upcoming UTME will be based on the novel and all UTME candidates, irrespective of their course or institution, are required to correctly answer questions from the novel. To assist with your preparations, the Myschool app will provide chapter-by-chapter summaries of the novel, along with potential questions and answers that may appear in the exam.
