The newly completed and magnificent Adeta Primary School, Ilorin, was formally handed over by the contractor on Thursday, 14 August 2025, to a Kwara State Government delegation.
The occasion was marked with joy and pride as stakeholders expressed heartfelt appreciation to His Excellency, Mallam AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, for delivering yet another landmark educational project.
The event had in attendance the Honourable Commissioner for Education and Human Capital Development, Dr. Lawal Olohungbebe; the Honourable Commissioner for Housing and Urban Development, Dr. Segun Ogunshola; the Special Adviser to the Kwara State Governor on Special Duties, Alhaji AbdulRazaq Jiddah; SUBEB representative, Alhaji Abdulateef Sholagberu, Special Assistanton Women Mobilization , Jon. Monsurat Lawal and the General Manager of KWASSIP, Dr. Tejidini Abdulwasiu Olayinka. Also present were esteemed representative of the Emir of Ilorin, Balogun Alanamu and community leaders led by Alangua Adewole, Alhaji Yakub Yusuf Adewole, Alhaji Ghali Alaaya, and Mallam Abdulmajeed Temidire (Aburo Gomina).
Although yet to be officially commissioned, the handover marks a significant milestone in the state’s efforts to upgrade public education infrastructure.
